telling your story

We use a combination of proven messaging strategies and the latest communication techniques to reach your target audiences, influence perceptions and generate a response. It starts with the story line – the messaging platform – and from there we develop a custom process for delivering your unique story to the world.

Wired Island takes a very ‘hands-on’ approach to working with our clients, most often becoming a seamless part of the internal team. Our interface to the client ranges from PR and marketing/communications managers to VPs and CEOs, depending on the client’s size, needs and management structure. We are accustomed to working via remote communications without compromising the effectiveness we can bring. In fact, we have effectively used a combination of email, the web, Skype, Instant Messaging and Vonage to help bridge the distance between our clients and us.

Our operating model is to partner with the client in developing a strategic marketing plan that is the foundation for the ongoing PR program. This is a dynamic activity that ultimately helps identify goals, lay-out a roadmap of key strategies, messages and deliverables, and prioritize projects. Generally the PR program goals will include one or more of the following:
• Corporate branding: helping companies increase confidence among customers and expanding awareness, reach and penetration of the company
• Enhanced product preference: helping clients create brand loyalty and preference among users
• Thought leadership: establishing the company and its key spokespeople as influencers and knowledgeable commentators on important issues relevant to customers and the industry
• Effective Media Relations: helping companies establish constructive relationship with the people shaping opinions in the EDA and electronic design industries, including trade press, analysts, web site editors and others.

The typical engagement model includes frequent email and phone contact, regularly scheduled status calls (usually weekly), monthly activity reports, rapid response reports and alerts as needed, and bi-annual strategic planning and review meetings.
