Dori Jones has spent more than 20 years in high-tech public relations. Specifically, she has focused on the semiconductor manufacturing, semiconductor equipment and materials, and disk drive industries. She began her PR career at Mathews & Clark Communications, where she spent eight years developing and executing strategic PR programs for clients that included Quantum, GaSonics International, Semiconductor Equipment & Materials International (SEMI), International Disk Equipment & Materials Association (IDEMA) and the U.S. Display Consortium (USDC).
For the next seven years, Dori worked at MCA High-tech PR. As account director, she managed various accounts, including Asyst Technologies, Ultratech, Advanced Energy, Advantest America, OnWafer Technologies, GaSonics International (prior to its acquisition by Novellus), and the Semiconductor Test Consortium.
Following MCA, Dori was account director at The Hoffman Agency, where she was responsible for managing an eight-person internal team to drive the North American PR program for Holland-based Philips Semiconductors. This included coordinating the U.S. campaign with Philips’ internal PR team in the Netherlands as well as Hoffman’s London office.
