Toni Sottak’s high-technology public relations background includes a combination of agency and corporate experience. The first half of her career was spent on the agency side at TFB/BBDO and Cunningham Communications where she worked on clients such as Apple Computer, Autodesk, Cadence Design Systems and Hewlett-Packard.
Her corporate experience included being the Director of Corporate Communications at Rational Software (now part of IBM), a $1 billion provider of software development and testing solutions, where she was responsible for worldwide public relations. Prior to this she was the PR manager of Pure Software and part of the team that conducted its IPO. Her primary areas of focus have been in the electronic design automation and software development industries. Toni has a degree in Journalism from Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania.
