Eta Compute has raised $12.5m led by Synaptics and signed a co-development deal to move from software to complete edge AI systems.

US edge AI startup Eta Compute has raised $12.5m in a series C round of funding led by Synaptics, and signed a co-development agreement.

The round brings the total funds raised to $31.5m and adds Satish Ganesan, Chief Strategy Officer at Synaptics, to the board of directors.
